Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients (B2B)
- Research and identify key decision-makers across target industries
- Manage client's enquiries and rejections with confidence
- Qualify leads and pass them to the Sales & Marketing Team for follow-up
- Keep up to date with product knowledge to speak confidently with prospects
- Maintain accurate records of client's information and service interested in
Requirements:
- Able to converse in English or Mandarin effectively with SME clients
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Relevant experience in lead generation or telemarketing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivating, quick-thinking and results-oriented

Salary package:
- Basic + Incentive + Commission, adds up to $3000 or more, will be discussed during the interview
- Incentive: for each successful appointment set or valid lead generated (prospective client)
- Commission: for each deal closed successfully by our Consultants
- No cap to incentive and commission pay-out
