The Infrastructure Team Lead plays a critical role in directing the design, implementation, and maintenance of physical and virtual infrastructure environments within a managed services framework. This role requires a strategic leader who can develop operating policies, drive process improvements, and ensure strong alignment between technical delivery and business expectations. The position also involves managing rotational project assignments across various client sites islandwide.
- Monitor live incident response and resolution performance.
- Review recurring issues, identify root causes, and propose longterm solutions.
- Provide guidance on major incidents and escalations.
- Assign team members to infrastructure and system projects based on skills and availability.
- Supervise execution of infrastructure operations, installations, and integration tasks.
- Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while adhering to business requirements.
Job requirement/skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 710 years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations, engineering, or managed services.
- Proven experience leading infrastructure teams in a fastpaced, multiclient environment.
- Strong project management experience, including planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work onsite across different client locations depending on project requirements.
- Ability to travel across various client sites within Singapore based on project assignment.
- Comfortable working in a rotational project deployment model, aligning with managed services delivery needs.
