What will you do

Support Client Services Unit Sales Teams:

  • Manage deal registration processes to ensure accurate and timely opportunity tracking.
  • Oversee quotation management, ensuring pricing accuracy and alignment with NCS commercial objectives.
  • Actively co-engage with customers alongside Client Services Unit Sales Teams to drive solution adoption and close deals.

Sales Opportunity Creation:

  • Leverage existing framework contracts to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Organize and drive customer-facing events and workshops to generate leads and strengthen client relationships.

Vendor and Distributor Engagement:

  • Attain and maintain relevant sales certifications with key vendors and distributors to enhance solution credibility.
  • Collaborate with vendors/distributors to generate incremental sales and expand NCS's solution portfolio.
  • Optimize solution configurations and commercial terms to maximize margins and competitiveness for NCS.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 4-10 years of experience in infrastructure solutions sales, with a proven track record in selling hybrid cloud, datacenters, network, security and/or managed services.
  • Strong understanding of NCS's infrastructure solution themes, including hybrid cloud acceleration, service-driven platforms, workforce evolution, and secure-first approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, including solution design, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment, collaborating with technical, delivery, and sales enablement teams.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based service delivery, SLA/SOW-based engagements, and outcome-based consumption models is highly desirable.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (AWS, Azure, VMware, Red Hat, etc.) or sales methodologies are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, leveraging NCS's training programs and sales enablement resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
