  • Manage the Asia Service Desk transition and support related RFP/tender activities.
  • Coordinate infrastructure projects across network, cloud, workplace/end-user computing, and migration environments.
  • Manage and coordinate MSPs, system integrators, vendors, and technology partners, ensuring delivery against agreed scope and performance expectations.
  • Challenge technical solutions and vendor deliverables where required and facilitate technical decision-making.
  • Coordinate with global and regional IT stakeholders across EMEA, Americas, and Asia.
  • Provide structured project reporting, including budgets, risks, dependencies, milestones, dashboards, and project status to the Program Director and governance committees.
  • Ensure smooth project transitions into operational/run environments.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management, preferably within international and multi-geographical environments.
  • Proven experience managing infrastructure transformation, transition, migration, and PMO projects.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure environments including Network, Cloud, Workplace/EUC, Workstations, and Infrastructure Migrations.
  • Experience managing MSPs, system integrators, vendors, and outsourced service providers.
  • Good understanding of ITSM, ServiceNow, and managed service/run operating models.
  • Strong project governance capabilities covering planning, budgeting, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to assess and challenge infrastructure solutions and vendor deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including preparation of project plans, meeting minutes, procedures, and management reports.
  • Ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders across multicultural and multi-entity environments.

Good to Have

  • Experience supporting M&A, integration, divestment, or carve-out programmes.
