This is a 6-month agency contract role (extendable / renewable)
Responsibilities
Prepare business cases, AFA documents, and funding proposals for Infrastructure projects.
Present proposals to governance committees for approval.
Manage end-to-end change governance and approval processes.
Ensure all system changes have required sign-offs before deployment.
Liaise with Head Office on project governance and reporting.
Track project status, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
At least 8 years experience as Project Manager, Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services environment.
Strong experience in project governance, approvals, and change management.
Good understanding of SDLC and IT project delivery for infrastructure projects.
Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent preferred.
Strong stakeholder management.
