Infrastructure Project Manager (6-Month Contract) NJA

The Job:

• Support the planning, execution, and implementation of infrastructure-related projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans
• Coordinate project activities across infrastructure, security, application, and business teams
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards
• Act as the key project coordination point between internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Escalate project risks and issues appropriately to project sponsors and management.
• Governance and Reporting
• Ensure compliance with project governance requirements and technology standards
• Support audit, risk, and regulatory documentation requirements where applicable
• Coordinate infrastructure implementation activities, including network, digital workplace, cloud, collaboration, and security-related initiatives
• Support testing, migration, deployment, and post-implementation activities
• Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are properly documented and transitioned into operations.

Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of infrastructure technologies, including:
• Network and connectivity services
• Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms
