Infrastructure L3 Senior System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and support physical and virtual server environments (Windows, VMware, Nutanix, HPE)

• Administer Active Directory and related services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, FSMO, replication)

• Manage file services, SAN storage, DFSN/DFSR, backups, and replication

• Build and support Windows clustering and high-availability solutions

• Perform infrastructure health checks, monitoring, and daily operational checks

• Apply security recommendations and system changes using Group Policy and PowerShell

• Support infrastructure projects such as server migrations, branch deployments, and lifecycle management

• Coordinate with internal IT teams, business users, and external vendors

• Maintain inventory, technical documentation, and operational procedures

• Provide L3 desktop support for escalated issues from L2 teams

Technical Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration (8+ years)

• VMware ESXi clusters and SAN storage management

• PowerShell scripting

• Backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam)

• Monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, SCCM, WSUS, Splunk)

• Windows clustering, HA solutions, and storage replication

• Cisco ToIP administration

• ITIL-based operational support and change management

Nice to Have

• Cloud infrastructure experience

• Privileged Access Management tools (e.g., CyberArk)

• Experience with infrastructure mergers, migrations, and security hardening

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Windows Server and Storage environments

• Strong collaboration skills with regional and global teams

• Knowledge of ITIL processes

• Professional English (written and spoken)

• Strong security mindset and ability to work in controlled environments
