IT Engineer
Central Region | Post Sales role | 5 Days
- Work Location: One North, Singapore
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
- Monthly Salary: Base up to $5000 + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
- Project Management: Lead endtoend project execution, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure goals, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Logistics & Deployment: Oversee hardware shipments, inventory tracking, cabling, network setups, and software deployments (SaaS/onpremise), including postinstallation testing and issue resolution.
- Customer Success: Drive smooth handovers, conduct user training, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction after implementation.
- Presales Engineering: Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, demos, and RFP responses collaborate with sales teams to design tailored IT infrastructure and SaaS solutions.
- IT Infrastructure Support: Install and troubleshoot cameras, networks (routers, switches, firewalls), servers, andcloud systems to maintain operational reliability.
- Data Analytics: Analyze system performance using Excel/SQL to identify improvements and optimize efficiency.
Requirement
- Diploma in IT/ Computer Science or related field or equivalent and recognized by relevant authority
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in in IT project management, including hardware/software deployment and stakeholder management.
- Possess Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CCNA, or cloud certifications is an added advantage
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
