Infrastructure Engineer

This is a high-impact role where you'll architect and scale modern workplace platforms across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace-driving productivity, adoption, and secure collaboration.

About the role:

You'll be the subject matter expert for collaboration platforms, leading design, migration, and optimization across a hybrid environment. You will own and manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem that includes SharePoint Online (intranet, document management, site architecture), Microsoft Teams (governance, collaboration design, integrations), OneDrive for Business and Exchange Online. Key responsibilities include:

.⁠ ⁠Administer and support Google Workspace alongside M365

.⁠ ⁠Lead end-to-end migration from on-prem SharePoint → SharePoint Online

.⁠ ⁠Migrate File collaboration sites and Legacy SharePoint applications

.⁠ ⁠Drive user adoption & change management for new tools

.⁠ ⁠Implement governance using Active Directory or Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview

.⁠ ⁠Define policies, access controls, and data lifecycle management

.⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with government security standards

.⁠ ⁠Build automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API

.⁠ ⁠Monitor usage & performance via PowerBI or other form of analytics tools

.⁠ ⁠Develop self-service enablement frameworks

.⁠ ⁠Own end-to-end delivery of collaboration services

.⁠ ⁠Define governance policies and SOPs

.⁠ ⁠Work closely with stakeholders across business & IT

.⁠ ⁠Mentor engineers and improve internal processes

Qualifications:

.⁠ ⁠Ideally, you would come with at least 4 solid years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Exchange Online

.⁠ ⁠Proven track record in migrations projects from on-prem to cloud

.⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of Entra ID / Active Directory and M365 security & compliance tools

.⁠ ⁠You would have had good exposure to PowerShell scripting along with some some exposure to Graph API

.⁠ ⁠Experience managing Google Workspace

.⁠ ⁠Prior experience in large-scale enterprise or public sector environments would be great

.⁠ ⁠Certifications in Microsoft 365 Enterprise Admin Expert, Endpoint Admin or ITIL will be highly regarded
