Infrastructure Engineer (IT)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and fault resolution, while implementing preventive measures.
• Ensure operational systems meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine operational support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and project reports.
• Provide timely technical support and standby assistance when required.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Unix/Linux, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to communicate technical concepts to different audiences.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches, is an advantage.
• Experience with servers, storage systems (SAN/NAS), OS and network hardening, and patch management.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange/Mail, databases, and web/application servers.
• Knowledge of SQL, Java, C++, or JavaScript is an added advantage.
