INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER (IT)

Roles and Responsibilites:

Capacity monitoring, performance tuning, and fault isolation.

Data migration and integration between different storage systems. Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, installation, maintenance contracts, ensuring optimal service levels at competitive pricing points.

Experience in construction of the CI/CD release pipeline system based on GitLab and Jenkins.

Successfully implemente automated monitoring tools, resulting in reduction in downtime.

Hands-on experience in AWS EC2, EKS, Lambda and MySQL, Redis, Kafka, ELK, Promethus.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline infrastructure processes, improving workflow efficiency.

Experienced in management and maintenance of Alibaba Cloud's ECS, OSS, VPS, CDN, and NAS services.

Hands-on in writing Shell/Python scripts for automated cleanup, detection, and startup of the VPS machine.

Manage and maintaine SAN infrastructure including storage arrays, fabric switches, and associated hardware.

Conduct storage migrations and data replication using vendor specific native tools.

Perform firmware and microcode upgrades on SAN arrays and switches in alignment with change management policies.

Provision and allocat storage to physical and virtual servers using LUN creation, zoning, and masking best practices.

Support disaster recovery planning and execution, including replication setup, failover testing, and documentation.

Monitor and test application performance to identify potential bottlenecks, develop solutions and collaborate with developers on solution implementation.

Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support and troubleshooting to external clients.

Willing to work on 24/7 shifts.

Expeience in Chinese and North America market is a plus.
