Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

We are hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance enterprise and MSP IT environments across servers, virtualization, networking, cloud, security, and backup.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server environments (2016 / 2019 / 2022)

• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services

• Administer Hyper-V and VMware virtualization platforms

• Support network infrastructure (VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs)

• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Defender, Entra ID)

• Support Azure infrastructure (VMs, networking, hybrid VPN)

• Manage backup and recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam, Veritas)

• Perform L2 / L3 escalation support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis

• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and support projects and upgrades

• Mentor junior engineers and support after-hours maintenance when required

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of IT infrastructure experience (enterprise or MSP)

• Strong hands-on experience in:

  • Windows Server & Active Directory

  • Virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware)

  • Networking fundamentals

  • Microsoft 365 administration

  • Azure IaaS and hybrid environments

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft (AZ-104, MS-102, AZ-700, AZ-305)

• CCNA or equivalent
