Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory: Provide expertise on DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure best practices.
- Discovery & Planning: Assess current setups and design modernization roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Management: Present solutions and communicate business value effectively.
- Team Leadership: Mentor CoE team members and guide cross-departmental adoption of tools.
- Hands-on Enablement: Conduct workshops to implement new tools and practices.
Key Initiatives (First 6-9 Months):
- CI/CD Migration: Transition pipelines from Jenkins to Azure DevOps.
- Operational Independence: Design self-sufficient operational models for departments.
- Infrastructure Assessment: Evaluate Azure infrastructure for security, cost, and performance improvements.
- Shared Assets: Develop reusable CI/CD templates and tools for organization-wide adoption.
Requirements:
- Ideally 7 years of IT delivery experience, including 3 years in team leadership.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud networking (Azure/AWS).
- Expertise on DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
