Infrastructure Architect Lead (Azure/AWS)

ROLES AND REPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Advisory: Provide expertise on DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure best practices.
• Discovery & Planning: Assess current setups and design modernization roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Management: Present solutions and communicate business value effectively.
• Team Leadership: Mentor CoE team members and guide cross-departmental adoption of tools.
• Hands-on Enablement: Conduct workshops to implement new tools and practices.

Key Initiatives (First 6-9 Months):

• CI/CD Migration: Transition pipelines from Jenkins to Azure DevOps.
• Operational Independence: Design self-sufficient operational models for departments.
• Infrastructure Assessment: Evaluate Azure infrastructure for security, cost, and performance improvements.
• Shared Assets: Develop reusable CI/CD templates and tools for organization-wide adoption.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally 7 years of IT delivery experience, including 3 years in team leadership.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud networking (Azure/AWS).
• Expertise on DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure best practices.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud networking (Azure/AWS).
• Operations & Security: Experience in Day-2 operations, observability, and secure cloud architecture.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and presentation skills to influence diverse teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical decisions with broader business and operational goals.
