Infra Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms and data centres.

• Ensure the stability, availability, performance and security of IT systems and infrastructure.

• Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, policies and procedures to support business operations.

• Lead infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, installations and new technology implementations.

• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.

• Manage IT infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, backup and disaster recovery planning.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, industry standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Manage IT vendors, service providers and infrastructure-related budgets.

• Lead and guide the IT infrastructure team to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability, efficiency and scalability.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

• Relevant experience in IT infrastructure management, systems administration or network operations.

• Strong knowledge of servers, networking, virtualisation, cloud computing and IT security.

• Experience in infrastructure planning, project management and disaster recovery.

• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
