Infra Enterprise Architect (FSI Environment)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infra Enterprise Architect to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing the enterprise-wide infrastructure architecture strategy. You will play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring the alignment of our infrastructure with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise infrastructure architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the definition and implementation of infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct thorough assessments of current infrastructure capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and evaluate technology options and make recommendations for infrastructure investments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in infrastructure architecture.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Proven experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, networking, security, and data center technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
