About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infra Enterprise Architect to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing the enterprise-wide infrastructure architecture strategy. You will play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring the alignment of our infrastructure with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the enterprise infrastructure architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the definition and implementation of infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current infrastructure capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and evaluate technology options and make recommendations for infrastructure investments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in infrastructure architecture.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Proven experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, networking, security, and data center technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices.
