Infra Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, manage, and support Windows-based infrastructure and related technologies.
• Monitor and maintain Windows servers, ensuring performance, availability, and security.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Configure and support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix).
• Manage Windows services including IIS, SQL Server, Exchange 2019, and Skype 2019.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience administering Windows Server environments (2019+).
• Hands-on expertise in AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and enterprise system management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Certifications (MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent) preferred.
