Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Specialist based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home for certain responsibilities. The IT Support Specialist will handle day-to-day technical support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide help desk services. They will assist with setting up and maintaining desktop systems, ensuring smooth IT operations, and addressing user concerns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support services
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
• Experience with Desktop Computers and familiarity with their setup and maintenance
• Solid foundation in Information Technology practices and principles
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications in IT Support (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in hybrid work settings
