Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. The Specialist will oversee network administration, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure secure network operations, and maintain IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include supporting end-users, monitoring system performance, and ensuring compliance with IT security best practices to support the smooth functioning of the organization's technology systems.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
• Experience in Information Technology operations and related tools.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on supporting end-users effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and system performance monitoring is an advantage.
