Information Technology Specialist

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home for some tasks. As an Information Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and assisting users with technical support. You will collaborate with a team to implement IT solutions and provide excellent customer service to address system-related needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
• Strong skills in Information Technology, including system setup and maintenance
• Expertise in Troubleshooting technical and software-related issues
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with end users
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent, are a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Experience in IT support or similar roles is highly beneficial
