Role Description

This part-time hybrid role is located in Singapore, allowing for a mix of on-site and remote work. As an Information Technology Specialist, you will oversee the management and maintenance of information systems, execute network administration tasks, resolve technical issues, and ensure network security. Additionally, you will offer support to team members by providing excellent customer service while maintaining operational efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security to manage and maintain secure IT infrastructures.
• Strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Experience in providing excellent Customer Service to assist and support team members in IT-related issues.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in IT within a construction or glazing industry environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
