Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Specialist based in Singapore. Responsibilities include managing network administration, ensuring robust network security, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service support. While some work will be performed on-site, remote work opportunities are also available to maintain flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
• Experience in Information Technology and advanced Troubleshooting of technical systems
• Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and provide responsive technical support
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills regarding IT infrastructure
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
• Technical certifications or a degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the latest AI tools and systems is a plus
