Role Overview
We are hiring IT Service Desk professionals with strong customer support experience and bilingual communication skills. The role involves handling email and phone-based technical support while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT service desk support via email and phone
- Handle customer queries in English + Japanese OR English + Mandarin
- Resolve basic IT technical issues
- Support users on applications, APIs, MFT, and host-to-host connectivity
- Log incidents and service requests
- Follow ITIL-based service desk processes
- Deliver high-quality customer service and communication
Required Skills
- Fluent in English and Japanese OR English and Mandarin (Read, Write, Speak)
- Experience in IT Service Desk / IT Call Centre
- Strong email writing and communication skills
- Customer service experience in technical environment
- Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge
- Exposure to:
- APIs
- MFT (Managed File Transfer)
- Host-to-Host integrations
- Application support
