Job Title: IT Service Desk (Mandarin Speaking)

Location: Changi Business Park, Singapore
Employment: Fixed Term Contract (Till Dec 2026)
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and service requests.
- Provide Level 1 IT support and resolve basic technical issues.
- Log and track incidents in ticketing system.
- Support applications related to APIs, MFT, and host-to-host.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT Service Desk environment (mandatory).
- Exposure to APIs, MFT, or host-to-host preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent in English & Japanese (read, write, speak).
