Information Technology Recruiter

Role and responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand and clarify job requirements for various IT roles.
• Craft compelling job ads and manage postings across job boards and platforms.
• Review, screen, and assess applications to identify strong potential candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct screening interviews, and manage shortlisting for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and continuously build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and activities to ensure process visibility and improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in talent acquisition or agency environments.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in IT/tech hiring is highly preferred.
