Project Manager (IT Infrastructure & Networking)
Hourly Rate: SGD (open depending on experience)
Contract Length: 12 months
Location: Singapore (Remote with occasional on-site travel)

We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to support a major global broadcasting & media organisation undergoing office relocations and new site setups across Singapore. You'll manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and networking projects, working closely with engineering teams, facilities, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a strong self-starter with a solid technical grounding in networking and IT infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and proven experience driving complex technical projects in fast-paced environments.
Key Experience Needed
- Proven background delivering IT infrastructure and networking projects (office builds, relocations, site setups, hardware deployments, etc.)
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including networking, security, AV, desktop, and standard IT operations
- Experience collaborating with engineering, networking teams, workplace/facilities teams, and external vendors
- Skilled in project planning, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to work across both highly technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable operating in environments with evolving processes and high levels of ambiguity
- Formal project management certification/training (Agile, PMP, Prince2, Scrum, etc.)
- Experience within broadcast, media, or large enterprise environments is highly advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and networking projects for new office setups and relocations
- Define project scope, requirements, timelines, budgets, and supporting documentation
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and overall project governance
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand design requirements, constraints, and integration needs
- Oversee vendor engagement, procurement activities, and onsite logistics
- Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across regions
- Communicate progress, challenges, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders
- Excellent communications skills
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery and governance processes
- Travel on an ad-hoc basis to project sites within Singapore
