Job Summary:
Resource will be responsible for planning and managing all technology-related activities during the Study Phase and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and global delivery standards for strategic transformation / implementation projects using SPMF & APMF framework.
Key responsibilities include
Project / Program Management: Lead end-to-end technology work-streams across project phases to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with business readiness and global delivery standards.
DEF & EXE Planning: Develop Define and Execute phase plans identify and onboard skilled resources aligned with project needs, timeline, and budget constraints.
Testing & Hypercare: Act as Test Manager to plan, execute, and manage SIT, UAT, and Regression testing lead Hypercare planning and execution.
Compliance & Cybersecurity: Ensure impacted SOx IT General Controls, Program Development, IT Automated Controls and Business process controls are identified and tested. Perform Cybersecurity compliance manage assessments, controls, and manage internal & external audits.
Service Transition: Drive smooth handover to operations to DevOps, including KT plan, documentation, support model, access provisioning, and operational readiness.
Financial & Risk Management: Drive Investment related activities (IAR, SAR), manage budgets and forecasts to meet defined financial KPIs. Carry out financial closeout (POs, WBS) activities manage RAID logs and risk mitigation.
Vendor Management: Oversee vendor performance, billing, and support ensure delivery is on track and aligned with project plans
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leads, offshore teams, and global stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and governance.
