Information Technology Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide day-to-day support for business applications and databases by resolving application issues, database errors, and implementing new features on time.
• Translate business requirements and process needs into data requirements and system specifications.
• Design, build, and maintain database frameworks for reporting and data extraction.
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Assist with application patches, system upgrades, and database migrations.
• Manage user access and permissions for applications and databases.
• Perform system and application testing to ensure functionality, performance, and stability before releases and updates.
• Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and perform optimization when needed.
• Support IT audits and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
• Provide backup support for IT systems and infrastructure when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application support, database administration, or systems engineering.
