Position: IT Engineer / IT Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Singapore
Job Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Manage and support server operations, including installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows/Linux servers.
- Participate in IT infrastructure and architecture design, implementation, and continuous improvement, covering servers, storage, networking, and related systems.
- Support and maintain enterprise IT systems such as Active Directory, email systems, backup solutions, and security tools.
- Monitor system performance and availability, perform regular health checks, and ensure system stability and reliability.
- Assist in IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and new environment setup.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system diagrams.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and support business operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in server administration and operations (Windows and/or Linux environments).
- Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or architecture setup, including servers, networks, and related systems.
- Solid experience providing Level 12 IT support, with strong troubleshooting and user support skills.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
