Job Responsibilities:
ICT Infrastructure Operations
- Oversee daily operations of ICT infrastructure components, including servers, hosting environments, network infrastructure, end-user computing, and data centre facilities.
- Ensure system availability, continuity, and capacity requirements are met.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Manage Company's-appointed Agency Facilities Management contractors and EUCD contractors.
- Coordinate with contractors for infrastructure projects and end-user device deployment.
Project Implementation & Management
- Plan and implement ICT infrastructure projects to meet service delivery objectives.
- Lead procurement activities, including tender specification preparation, evaluation, recommendation, and award.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to Government IM8 policies, Company's ICT policies, and SOPs.
- Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely remediation of security vulnerabilities.
Maintenance & Procurement
- Manage hardware, software, and subscription maintenance contracts.
- Oversee procurement and leasing of end-user computing devices.
Incident & Problem Management
- Handle incidents and problems related to system issues.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and review system logs regularly.
Security & Risk Management
- Coordinate vulnerability scanning and ensure compliance with remediation timelines.
- Work with external security consultants on vulnerability testing and risk assessments.
Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
- Plan and execute annual Table-Top exercises with appointed contractors.
- Coordinate disaster recovery plans and annual testing for Company's ICT systems.
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or data centre operations.
- Certifications such as:
- CITPM, PMP, COMIT, or equivalent project management certification.
- ITIL or equivalent IT Service Management certification.
Additional Certifications (Preferred)
- CompTIA Network+
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
- CISSP, CISA, CCAK, or equivalent security certifications.
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
- Other relevant professional certifications.
Skills & Experience

- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Team player with organizational and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Knowledge
- Familiarity with Singapore Government procurement and ICT governance processes.
- Understanding of Government IM8 policies.
- Experience managing security vulnerability testing and remediation.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or related certifications.
