Information Technology Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
• Manage IT service requests and ensure timely resolution within SLA
• Maintain and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and GCP environments
• Patch servers, perform system backups, and ensure restoration readiness
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor network/server health, and respond to alerts
• Support IT audits, documentation, and user onboarding sessions
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices and prevent data breaches

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant IT field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or similar role
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Technical expertise in at least 2 of the following:
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
• Networking (VLANs, switching, enterprise Wi-Fi)
• Enterprise firewalls
• Linux OS
• Microsoft Azure / GCP
• Cybersecurity hardening
