We're looking for a hands-on IT Engineer to be the backbone of our Singapore IT environment.

In this role, you'll be right at the heart of the businesssupporting users, managing modern Windows 11 endpoints, administering Microsoft 365, and solving real-world IT challenges as they happen. You'll work across end-user support, networking, backups, and local infrastructure projects, making a visible impact every day.

Responsibilities:

Endpoint & Systems Support

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support
  • Deploy and support Windows 11 Enterprise devices
  • Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Server & Infrastructure Support

  • Support Windows Server environment
  • Assist in server monitoring and basic diagnostics
  • Support Server backup and restore processes

Network & Wireless Support

  • Support LAN/WAN, AP, Switching, and VLAN configuration
  • Firewall configuration, setup rules and policies
  • Resolve connectivity and performance issues
  • Coordinate with vendors for escalations

IT Service Management

  • Manage IT service desk tickets within SLA
  • Maintain documentation and IT asset records
  • Participate in office moves and infrastructure projects

Requirements:

  • Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Relevant professional IT certifications will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, HyperV, Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, firewall setup and configurations of rules and policies)
  • Working knowledge of Veeam and other industry standard backup products
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Good documentation and communication abilities
