Responsiblities:
- Interact with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) / Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Work closely with end users to identify automation or digitization opportunities using Newgen products.
- Participate in requirement workshops, design walkthroughs, and UAT sessions.
- Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and customize Newgen BPM / DMS / ECM solutions as per business requirements.
- Design and develop workflows, forms, and business rules using Newgen tools.
- Coordinate with the development team for API integrations, reports, and backend logic implementation.
- Perform data mapping, validation, and migration support.
- Conduct system testing, functional testing, and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
- Prepare technical and user documentation.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field / MBA / PGDM preferred (for Business Analyst stream).
- With 3 to 5 years Hands-on experience in Newgen BPM / OmniFlow / OmniDocs / OmniApp configuration.
- Basic understanding of SQL, XML, Web Services, and API integration
- Agile & Team Leadership - Proven experience in leading teams, sprint planning, and Agile methodologies.
- Newgen Certified Developer.
- Cloud Certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience in microservices architecture.
- Newgen Certified Professional (BPM / ECM).
- Agile / Scrum or Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) certification.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year agency contract employment.
