Job Responsibilities:
- Develop ERP customizations, extensions, and interfaces
- Build and maintain ERP reports and dashboards
- Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications
- Support ERP upgrades, patches, and migrations
- Collaborate with functional consultants to deliver solutions
- Ensure ERP applications meet performance and scalability standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Maintain ERP documentation and technical specifications
- Apply ERP security and access controls
- Stay updated on ERP vendor roadmaps and updates
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years in ERP technical development
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
- Strong problem-solving and coding skills
- Ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in ABAP (SAP), PL/SQL (Oracle), or X++ (Dynamics)
- Experience with middleware and integration (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, APIs)
- Familiarity with cloud ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Dynamics 365)
