Information Technology Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Information Technology Analyst. The IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing technical issues, providing technical support, troubleshooting system problems, and ensuring effective IT solutions. The role includes monitoring system performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess issues and propose effective solutions
• Proficiency in Information Technology systems and tools
• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with industry-specific IT software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
