Perform day-to-day application support & maintenance
Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs
Translate business requirements and user needs into functional specifications
Collaborate with developers to ensure requirementsare incorporated into system design
Work with relevant stakeholders on user acceptance testing
Support application deployment initiated by Change Requests, plan andmaintain the application environment with the latest patches
Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking,functional documentation & training materials
Plan and conduct end-user training
