Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer with 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ / SailPoint IdentityNow implementations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support scalable identity governance solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access management across enterprise systems.

Technical Skills Required

Core Skills

• Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow (preferred)
• Proficiency in:
• Java / BeanShell scripting
• SQL and database concepts
• XML and JSON

Integration & Tools

• Experience with:
• REST & SOAP APIs
• SCIM provisioning
• LDAP / Active Directory integration
• Hands-on with:
• Application onboarding
• Custom connector development
• Familiarity with:
• DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins)
• Ticketing tools (ServiceNow)

IAM & Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of:
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• RBAC / ABAC models
• Access Certifications
• Provisioning & De-provisioning
• Experience with:
• Compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Audit support and reporting

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in leading discussions with business and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer / IdentityNow Professional)
• Experience in cloud IAM and modern identity patterns
• Exposure to:
• Event-driven architecture
• Non-human identity governance (service accounts, bots)

Experience

• 8+ years in IAM domain
• 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint development experience

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with HR systems (e.g., Workday)
• Knowledge of **Okta / Azure AD
• Exposure to microservices-based IAM architecture
