Team Introduction
The Institute of Management Strategy is responsible for management research and improvement. Its scope includes organizational design, risk control, policies and processes optimization, information efficiency improvement, and other management initiatives based on the company's strategic needs.
Responsibilities
1. Analyze and break down complex issues encountered during organization development, such as information explosion, increased information load, scattered information distribution, and the difficulty of finding useful information;
2. Design effective information efficiency enhancement strategies based on internal information and external industry practices, including policy formulation, management belief promotion, proper tracking systems, and supporting product solutions
3. Establish a comprehensive core metrics system to guide key management operations to enhance information efficiency, through close communications with key business leaders and the management team
4. Communicate and align with key stakeholders to drive the implementation of information efficiency optimization actions company-wide, leading to significant and perceptible changes within the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
1. 3+ years of organizational management experience in a high-tech company
2. Proven track record of leading organization-wide projects impacting 10,000+ employees
3. Good understanding of multicultural environments, with experience working across multiple regions
4. Familiar with information flow mechanisms in internet companies able to identify improvement opportunities and drive optimization initiatives, with solid project experience in information governance or compliance
5. Basic understanding of AI technologies, with practical experience leveraging AI to solve organizational management challenges.

1. Strong logical thinking, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
