Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to strengthen brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer collaborations, campaign execution, and performance tracking within the Beauty or Personal Care Brand.

Candidate Requirements

3+years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Creator Marketing

Experience working with Beauty or Personal Care brands preferred

Strong network of influencers and talent managers

Good negotiation and communication skills

Understanding of Instagram algorithms, reels trends, and creator ecosystem

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Proficiency in Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and basic analytics tools
