Infant Educator (English) (Core Central) T&C apply

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate meaningful learning and caregiving experiences that support infants development, interests and individual needs.

• Provide responsive and nurturing care, attending to infants health, hygiene, nutrition, comfort and safety.

• Create a safe, warm and stimulating environment where infants feel secure, valued and encouraged to explore.

• Observe and respond sensitively to infants cues, supporting their emotional well-being and holistic development.

• Build strong partnerships with parents, maintaining open, respectful and regular communication about their child's well-being and development.

• Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide consistent, high-quality care and learning experiences.

• Document and reflect on infants learning and development to inform planning and support individual progress.

• Participate in professional development and centre programmes to continuously strengthen teaching and caregiving practices.

Job Requirements

• Obtained at least a Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), or its equivalent

• First Aid Certificate recognized by ECDA

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar setting

• Good interpersonal skill and keen learner
