Job Responsibilities:
- Childcare & Supervision: Provide attentive, responsive care to infants, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
- Developmental Activities: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, language development, motor skills, and social interaction
- Individualized Care: Observe and assess each infant's needs, interests, and developmental milestones, adapting activities to support their growth
- Health & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment manage diaper changes, feeding, and nap times in a caring manner
- Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive classroom environment
Job Requirements:
- Certificate in Infants and Toddler Care and Development (CIT) + Early
Years Development Framework (EYDF)
- WSQ Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC)
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
- Min years of experience: 1 year and above
