The Role:
What will you do
- Understand the current manufacturing process and machine, andequipment
- Involve in feasibility study workshop about QVE ideas on existing products with senior engineers and plant methodengineers
- Reverse engineering to find ideas to reduce BOM cost or cycle time by disassembling theproducts
- Simulate the productivity per eachidea
- Review and prioritize the activities from the expected productivity andcomplexity
What qualifications will make you successful
- Diploma or/ Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Manufacturing Engineering
- Knowledge of Equipment, Maintenance and production means and its industrial structure
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Any prior internship/experience in manufacturing process design will beplus
- Proficiencyin CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools areplus
