Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in production.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy.
• Develop and maintain production and quality control standards.
• Conduct time and motion studies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on operational performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with CAD software and process simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
