Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer who will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing efficiency. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support production planning, and apply data-driven analysis and Lean methodologies to enhance overall manufacturing performance in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize production line efficiency through line balancing, cycle time reduction, and bottleneck elimination
  • Conduct time studies, work measurement, and capacity analysis to support operational decision-making
  • Develop and maintain standard labor models, production capacity plans, and resource allocation strategies
  • Drive improvement initiatives targeting productivity (UPH), equipment utilization (OEE), and manufacturing cost efficiency
  • Optimize factory layout, material flow, and WIP control
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including line setup, capacity planning, and production ramp readiness
  • Monitor and report on KPI performance and efficiency trends
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work standards, and process documentation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering within electronics or semiconductor manufacturing
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environments is preferred
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations including SMT, PCBA assembly, Die Bond, Wire Bond, Active Alignment, Test, and final assembly processes
  • Demonstrated expertise in line balancing, capacity modeling, time study, motion analysis, and standard time setting
  • Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization and statistical tools
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing KPIs (UPH, OEE, Cycle Time, Yield) and cost and labor optimization methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
