Industrial Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Technical Support of operations and Industrial Engineering

• Support analysis and handling of daily process issues in the production line related to yield, quality and consistency of final product

• Participate in system engineering during the product design process (DFM) Plan, build and start up new production lines (NPI)

• Plan and purchase equipment with a variety of functions/processing stages, participation in the design of new machines and systems

• Responsible for product life cycle management in production, implementation of product and process changes

• Develop manufacturing methods and design enhancements to sustain and improve efficiencies, reliability of process and products

• Create and maintain production documentation (work instructions, routings, maintenance checklist) for operation team to produce consistent, repeatable products

• Second level machine troubleshooting

• Managing of investment costs and production expenses

• Support on-the-job-training for production staff and perform training evaluation

• Represent as proxy for production quality compliance and acceptance

• Actively initiate/participate in workplace safety, 5S and environmentally friendly activities and continuous improvement process

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial /Mechanical /Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in Electronics Manufacturing

• Exposure to lean concepts and tools (Kaizen, 5S and TPM) and industry 4.0

• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. required

• Good degree of technical competence and creativity and high level of discipline and integrity
