Qualification & Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with offshore equipment (e.g.,
- Rigging & Consumables) is a significant advantage.
- Skills: (1) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools. (2) Good knowledge of logistics, shipping, and INCO terms. (3) Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Include:
- Sales Inquiry & Quotation Management: Receive, review, and qualify incoming customer enquiries/technical queries for offshore products (e.g., rigging and consumables). Prepare accurate and timely technical/commercial quotations.
- Order Processing: Manage end-to-end sales orders from Purchase
- Order (PO) receipt to invoice generation and final delivery.
- Technical Support & Coordination: Whenever required, collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, warehouse, service team and procurement) to ensure technical specifications, drawings, and certificates are met.
- Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate with forwarders for import/export shipping documentation.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and support the sales team.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activity (e.g., In-House ERP systems & E-Filing).
- Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment (if any)
- Any other ad hoc assignments
