Job Summary
You will coordinate sales and support activities to ensure accurate processing of quotations while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming sales calls and respond to information and call-me requests to support customer needs
- Provide accurate product, company, and technical information to customers
- Process quotations and purchase orders accurately and promptly to support sales initiatives
- Organize and maintain customer and job files according to company policies
- Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule sales and support requests to ensure timely completion
- Assess customer or product complaints to determine if non-conformance processing is required and initiate actions accordingly
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers to enhance customer experience
- Source and purchase materials required for company operations efficiently
- Verify inbound materials and documentation against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Communicate effectively with suppliers via email, phone, and written correspondence to resolve issues and confirm orders
- Perform other duties related to company activities as assigned
