- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders, ensuring all details are captured
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure orders are fulfilled according to requirements
- Monitor outstanding sales orders and proactively address any issues that arise
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the sales team
- Min qualifications: GCE'O/A Level, Diploma /Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Min 1 year of working experience in a related field (sales, customer service, or retail)
- Good communication skills
- MS Office
- Possess a driving license, if any
- Able to take stress and willing to stay long with the company.
