Job Title: Indoor Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The Indoor Sales Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive sales and administrative support to the sales function. The role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and sales documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring efficient order processing in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Administration
- Receive and process customer enquiries, quotations,and related documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare quotations, and sales confirmations in accordance with approved pricing and company policies.
- Ensure all sales transactions are properly documented and recorded in the system.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain professional communication with customers to address enquiries, order status, and after-sales matters.
- Support customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer records and relevant documentation.
- Internal Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments such as Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Sales Support & Reporting
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Prepare sales reports, order tracking reports, and other management reports as required.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance and outstanding orders.
- Compliance & Documentation Control
- Ensure adherence to company policies, credit terms, and internal control procedures.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.
- General Administrative Duties
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by Management
