Sales Executive - Local Medicine & Overseas Sales

Alstern Marine & Offshore Pte Ltd is an established and growing company serving customers in Singapore and overseas. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and customer-focused Sales Executive to expand our local medicine business and support overseas customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Local Medicine Sales

Promote medicines, medical supplies and related products to local marine customers.
Engage existing customers, prospective customers and ad-hoc buyers.
Understand customers needs and recommend suitable products.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
Develop new accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.

Overseas Sales Support

Handle overseas customers enquiries and orders.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and export documents.
Coordinate packing, delivery and shipments with internal teams and freight forwarders.
Monitor orders and maintain accurate sales and export records.
Support the development of new overseas customers and distributors.

Requirements

Diploma, A Level or equivalent qualification preferred. Applicants with relevant skills and experience may also be considered.
Friendly, approachable and confident in communicating with customers.
Proactive, customer-focused and motivated to achieve sales targets.
Good spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Sales, customer-service or export-coordination experience is an advantage.
Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
